Jesse Garza
Co-Founder & Creative Director
Jesse Garza is the Co-Founder and Creative Director of Styling at Visual Therapy. His career in fashion began when he started working at the acclaimed Chicago boutique, Ultimo. Under the mentorship of founder and style icon Joan Weinstein, Garza quickly rose through the ranks, becoming the boutique’s creative director after a decade of collaboration with top designers, producing runway shows, curating innovative merchandising, and introducing cutting-edge fashion to the Chicago market.
Inspired by the creative synergy between designer Yves Saint Laurent and businessman Pierre Bergé, Garza moved to New York to co-found a luxury lifestyle consultancy with Joe Lupo. In 1995, they launched Visual Therapy with a core belief in the transformative power of clothing as a means of expressing one’s unique personality.
Garza has also established himself as an industry expert through his contributions to The Oprah Winfrey Show, where he served as a style expert, offering practical fashion advice to the show’s vast audience. Additionally, he co-authored three influential books on fashion, color, and what to wear to work, further cementing his authority in the fashion world. Today, Garza continues to empower clients by helping them unlock their personal style, traveling across the country to work with a diverse roster of individuals and inspiring them through the art of fashion.

Joe Lupo
Co-Founder & Creative Director
Joe Lupo is the Co-Founder of Visual Therapy and serves as the Founder and Creative Director of Interior Design at the company. Though his first degree was in finance from DePaul University, Joe's passion for style and design has always been at the forefront of his career. He began his professional journey at a bank, where he quickly climbed the ranks, becoming vice president by the age of 25. However, driven by his creative instincts and entrepreneurial spirit, Joe left the world of banking in 1995 to co-found Visual Therapy in New York with Jesse Garza.
In his role at Visual Therapy, Joe became a sought-after expert, appearing on The Oprah Winfrey Show, alongside Garza. He also co-authored three books on fashion and color, establishing himself as a recognized color expert. With his innate eye for style and a growing expertise in design, Joe expanded his creative focus to interior design. In 2008, he began formal studies in interior design at The New School at Parsons School of Design, and in 2012, he launched VT Home. Joe’s work has been featured in design publications such as Interiors Magazine and New York Cottages and Gardens, solidifying his reputation in both the fashion and interior design worlds.

Lisa Marie McComb
Senior Lead Stylist
Lisa Marie McComb is a Senior Lead Stylist at Visual Therapy. Her career began as a highly sought-after model in the US, Europe, and Asia for designers such as Versace, Chanel, Armani and Donna Karan. When her career inevitably transitioned into styling after 16 years on the model circuit, it wasn’t long before these same designers became her own clients. Lisa Marie has become known as one of Chicago’s top production talents in producing fashion shows and as a style expert. Lisa Marie currently focuses her talent on building and managing wardrobes for her long-standing roster of clients. Although she calls Chicago home, she also works with clients across the country.

Kellye Henton
Lead Stylist
Kellye Henton is a Lead Stylist at Visual Therapy. She is based in NYC and supports a wide network of clients across the country. Kellye takes each of her client’s personal style preferences into account while also encouraging them to explore new silhouettes, designers and colors. Her clients rave about her keen eye for fashion, immaculate closet organization skills, and exceptional ability to create looks for all of life’s occasions.

Lindsey Weisbrot
Director of Operations
Lindsey Weisbrot is the Director of Operations at Visual Therapy, overseeing the strategic and administrative functions of both the wardrobe styling and interior design divisions. Her career in the design industry began with summers spent interning at the New York Design Center for the wholesale furniture company, Louis J. Solomon, where she gained hands-on experience in sales, merchandising, administration, and inventory management. After earning her bachelor's degree from the University of Florida, she launched her career as a sales manager for one of Florida’s largest furniture retailers. Eventually, she returned to New York City to join Visual Therapy, where she now manages key aspects of finance, administration, talent, and overall business operations, ensuring seamless efficiency across the company.

Carmen Ng
Associate Designer
Carmen Ng is an Interior Design Associate at VT Home. She works alongside the principal through every stage of the design process. Through her detailed renderings and elegantly composed client presentations, she provides the principal with the foundational elements needed to help the design vision enter reality. Carmen has worked on several VT Home projects from inception to completion and continues to thrive while developing her decorating skills. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Interior Design from the Fashion Institute of Technology.

Lead Stylist
Taylor Frischman is a Lead Stylist at Visual Therapy based in NYC. With core values of authenticity and creativity, she specializes in personal styling and shopping, drawing on extensive brand knowledge and a deep understanding of individual client desires. Her passion lies in cultivating an effortlessly chic aesthetic, skillfully creating and curating looks that reflect each client's unique style.

Abbey Kofeldt
Assistant Stylist
Abbey Kofeldt is an Assistant Stylist at Visual Therapy. She is passionate about fashion and styling and assists VT lead stylists with all aspects of styling. Before joining VT, she got her start in the fashion industry while interning for two celebrity stylists, working with designer boutiques and luxury PR agencies, and assisting on set at photoshoots. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising from Marist University.

Michael Kramer
Michael Kramer is an LA-based stylist with a rich career that began at Chanel, where he honed his skills in retail. His talents were soon recognized by the legendary Joan Weinstein of Chicago, who brought him on to open the first Jil Sander boutique in the U.S. Known for his expertise in styling women, Kramer frequently worked on fashion segments for The Oprah Winfrey Show. His impressive portfolio also includes extensive experience in visual merchandising for top brands such as Hermes, Tiffany & Co., and Escada. With two decades of experience at Visual Therapy, he continues to serve as a stylist, working with high-profile clients on the West Coast.
Gabriela Rocha
Gabriela Rocha is a lead stylist based in Los Angeles. After graduating Magna Cum Laude from FIT in New York City, Rocha began her fashion career as a blogger at The Marketing Lab, where she discovered her passion for styling. She then worked as an assistant photo stylist, curating looks for editorial and advertising shoots. In 2015, Rocha joined Visual Therapy in New York, where her sharp eye for fashion quickly earned her a promotion to lead stylist. She later relocated to the West Coast, where she continues to work with Visual Therapy's clients, bringing her expertise and style to the region.

Kristi Porcelli
Kristi Porcelli is a stylist at Visual Therapy with over two decades of experience. She began her career working with the legendary Nena Ivon at Saks Fifth Avenue in Chicago, where she learned the art of styling women. Kristi contributed to fashion segments on The Oprah Winfrey Show and has styled in-store shows and presentations for prestigious retailers like Saks Fifth Avenue, Neiman Marcus, and Nordstrom in Chicago. For more than 20 years, she has worked with Visual Therapy clients and the team in Chicago. In addition to her styling work, Kristi is a faculty member at Columbia College in Chicago, where she teaches at the School of Visual Arts.
Kyle Pearson
Kyle Pearson is an assistant stylist at Visual Therapy Chicago, where she has been a valued team member for over a decade. With a strong background as a master tailor, Kyle possesses a sharp eye for detail, craftsmanship and style. She has also contributed to fashion segments on The Oprah Winfrey Show, showcasing her expertise in coordination, styling and tailoring. Her unique combination of skills makes her a standout in the industry and an important asset to VT.
