VT Home: Elements of Design

When it comes to creating a beautiful space, we always say it’s in the mix of the elements.  Whether the elements are accessories, colors, tones, hues or fabrications, a sophisticated mix always wins and makes for the most interesting finished product. As we embark on a new project in the up and coming NoMAd neighborhood on Madison Avenue in Manhattan, I began to explore and dig a bit deeper into the idea of mixing elements such as stone, wood, and even metals.  Here are a few inspiring images to get in the mood to mix.  Enjoy and get inspired!
