Every time we come to Paris, we feel the excitement of that of a child approaching Disneyland. Very select retailers, buyers, bloggers, celebrities and fashion stylists get the privilege of experiencing the artistic expression of the designers’ vision. Shows, designer studio visits, dinners, parties, and meetings are all part of the game, and at some point it may feel like a grind… but not for long.
At the Alexander McQueen show, we noticed the creative director of one of our favorite store’s eyes fill with joy, almost to tears. In that moment, it was clear: Paris Fashion Week is a place where talented visionaries come together to share their gifts and transform those who get to be part of it.
We’re leaving Paris today, inspired and ready to share our gifts with all our clients back home! A special Thanks to Céline, Roland Mouret, Dior, Hermès, Lanvin and Bergdorf Goodman for making this magical trip possible.

2. Chloé Spring 2016: Creative Director Clare Waight Keller delivered an airy and feminine boho chic collection with a sexy edge.
3. Lanvin Spring 2016: Staging his Spring collection like a theater production, Alber Elbaz presented quite a variety of extremes on fierce models sporting pixie cuts.

4. Dior Spring 2016: A man made hill in the center of the Louvre’s Cour Carrée covered with 400,000 blue delphiniums was the entrance to the show.

5. Céline’s Spring 2016 collection was a rare combination of modern-sleek with a softer sexy appeal and was staged in colorful rip-stop tent silks created by Danish artist Thomas Poulsen, aka FOS.

6. Roland Mouret Spring 2016: Mouret stepped outside the confines of his famous fitted dresses and showed new silhouettes with beautiful fluidity and movement. There was also the Galaxy Dress shown in a rainbow of colors to celebrate its 10th anniversary.

7. Alexander McQueen Spring 2016: The beautiful and intricate details touched on past collections but the modern silhouettes moved the brand forward.

8. Giambattista Valli Spring 2016: Italian designer Giambattista Valli presented ’70s romance with patterns, Art Nouveau–inspired florals and fabric mixing.
9. Hermès Spring 2016: Set once again in the Manège Des Célestins – Garde Républicaine, Hermès transcended all trends by presenting a clean, effortless, real, wearable, ageless and timelessly chic collection.
