With Holidays approaching, it’s easy to get wrapped up in travel, planning, and catching up with the family. I do believe there is goodness in each and every one of us, but all too often the ups and downs of life cause us to panic and focus on the negative side of things causing us to lash out at others, and pick ourselves apart. The hustle and bustle has a tendency to take over our lives, and at the end of the Holidays, you might just find yourself less than relaxed and fulfilled.
One solution is to try to identify that very moment when you start shifting into the frantic state of mind, and choose to swap that for gratitude.

To maintain some sort of balance this Holiday season, try something different. When you wake up, focus on GRATITUDE! Everyone can “make” (we never seem to “find”) at least a few minutes each day to think about all the things in your life that you’re thankful for. Think about how grateful you are to be alive, and for the many gifts and talents you have been blessed with. Figure out how to use these in business, and in your personal life – be your own cheerleader!
I guarantee that you will see and feel a shift in a very positive direction.
Remember that with gratitude comes peace, and with peace, comes joy!
Get out there and inspire your friends and family to be grateful. I always say that this life is not a dress rehearsal, so let’s live it to the fullest.
