VT Home: A Green Thumb In Design

Joe Lupo, Photo by Ksenia AvdulovaVT Home is all about interior design, but it’s also easy to find inspiration in the great outdoors and the foliage of high summer. I’ve noticed that household plants and greenery in general are becoming more popular than ever in architecture as well as design.  This past weekend, I ventured out to the flower market to try my hand –or should I say– ‘green thumb’ with some succulents for my own home.

The biggest trend we are seeing at the moment are ‘green walls’ or vertical gardens in interior as well as exterior spaces. Here are some my favorite inspirations as well as my own work—enjoy and go green!
