Paris Fashion Week is known for having the best street style eye candy of the big four (New York, London, Milan, Paris) and this year’s images were just as good (if not better!) than previous seasons. We saw a ton of the usual suspects—perfectly pristine white booties, mixed plaids, dad sneakers, and oversized blazer after oversized blazer—but there was one particular trend that felt new and stood apart from all the others. Introducing: the Western inspired look.
Thanks to Dior and Calvin Klein, Western influence is back—we’re talking cowboy boots, double denim, rust colored suede, ponchos and capes, and lots of studs and fringe. The easiest way to dip your toes into this trend is with a western inspired boot paired with jeans or an easy midi dress. But, if you’re still craving a little more inspo, check out how the fashion elite styled the trend during Paris Fashion Week F/W 2018.
