Wearing a button down shirt, blouse, or turtleneck under a dress is a great way to extend the life of your summer frocks. Step 1: make sure the dress you choose is substantial enough to prevent bunching and wrinkles in the fabric. Step 2: Cinch your waist with a belt and you’re good to go!
