Staging his Spring collection like a theater production, Alber Elbaz presented quite a variety of extremes on fierce models sporting pixie cuts.
We loved the black and white menswear-inspired opening, which included a touch of tuxedo (like the dress I wore). There were a few soft day dresses and modernist ensembles and draped cocktail dresses with nude exposed corsets. Then there was a gorgeous color section that brought back the signature oversized ruffle, sequins and lace; and to close the show, bold pattern mixing and collector’s prints. A little bit of everything!
