We had the pleasure of celebrating the opening of the new Fendi store at the star-studded event hosted by Karl Lagerfeld. Kicking off New York Fashion Week, this fabulous group of guests, including Sarah Jessica Parker, Rihanna and Naomi Campbell, was dressed according to the store’s luxurious flair. Erykah Badu, aka DJ Lo Down Loretta Brown, spun at the party, setting the stage for a magical evening.
Rihanna, Jourdan Dunn, Rachel Feinstein, Leandra Medine and Sarah Jessica Parker, have each designed their own version of the iconic Fendi 3Baguette, and each piece will be auctioned online from February 13 through March 13 with proceeds going to a charity of each guest designer’s choosing, from the Brain Trauma Foundation (Parker) to the Naomi Berrie Diabetes Center (Feinstein).

Leaving behind its Fifth Avenue home, the Fendi flagship in New York has relocated to a new Peter Marino – designed space on Madison Avenue. Inspired by Roman architecture, Marino infused stunning pillars and a myriad of textures in the store’s design, with contrasting pairings of Italian marble, Indonesian wood, stitched leather and luxurious fur.
When it comes to lady clothes, Fendi nails it with their modernist ensembles (perfect for the cold New York weather!). We’ve always been fans of the brand, and will surely be lining up looks for our clients this season.
