Yesterday afternoon our team attended a celebratory lunch at The Mark Hotel with the very talented fashion designer—and VT go-to for clients—Roland Mouret. Roland Mouret is one of the few fashion designers that takes the time to personally connect with his clients, which is why he held this small intimate gathering. The event started at his Madison Avenue boutique, where we were greeted with lavender bellinis and allowed to preview the latest pieces by the designer.
You might not know it by viewing his collections at department stores, but Roland is so much more than his signature dresses. His New York boutique is where you truly enter the world of Roland—a world of gorgeous tailored separates, luxurious knits, incredibly wearable shoes, and of course all of his universally flattering dresses. He is one of our favorite designers, not only due to his incredible aesthetic, but also because he truly believes in strong, powerful women and in creating real clothes for real people.
