Wellness is a topic discussed often at the VT office.
Maybe because our co-founder Jesse Garza starts every day with 2 hours at Equinox. That’s where inspiration hits him.
Or maybe because there’s a Juice Press across the street. When the 3pm crash hits, we go on a green juice run.
Or maybe because as personal stylists, we empower people not only through optimizing their wardrobes, but also through helping them find peace with their bodies.
We always say that in the end, it’s not the dress, but what’s in the dress that matters. And it’s not only about your heart and soul, but also about overall wellness. A healthy, fit body promotes a healthy mind, exudes radiance and gives you the energy to conquer new heights. Not to say that clothes just feel way better when you’re fit.
On that note, we wanted to share a post by our own wellness guru, Ksenia Avdulova. She attended MindBodyGreen’s invite only Revitalize conference at Ritz Dove Mountain in Arizona, and here are some of her takeaways from today’s leading wellness experts.
