The beginning of the year is the perfect time to edit and organize your wardrobe. If there are any winter clothes that you don’t think you’re going to wear, send them to Sandy Victims. Clients often ask us, how do I know that I’m never going to wear something again? Just answer these three questions, and you will know what to do:
1. Do I love it?
2. Is it flattering?
3. Does it represent me, and is this the image I want to portray?
Ultimately, if you have gotten this far into the season and haven’t worn something, it’s time to let it go and make space for something better: that is the only way to create Zen space in your closet. You can also demote the not-so-new items that you still love and use them for running errands or doing chores.
