For those of us staying home during this quarantine, there’s never been a more opportune time to hone in on our health and wellness. As you’ve probably seen on VT’s Instagram stories, Zoom fitness classes and daily (masked!) walks and runs have been keeping our team members sane, but it can be tough to stay motivated during a stay at home order.
The one thing that always seems to get us amped up about a work out is some shiny new fitness gear. And, since we’ve been actively searching the web for the best work out wear for our clients (and for ourselves!) we thought we’d share some of our finds.
