1) How do I start the Visual Therapy process?
The process starts with a complimentary consultation from a Visual Therapist. Together you will discuss your lifestyle and define your style type, as well as the message you would like put out there with your personal style and image.

2) How long does the process take?
The complete process can take up to three appointments: wardrobe clarification (edit), shopping, and looks.  Depending on how large your closet is and how much you have to edit, it may take longer than one day. This will be assessed in the initial consultation. Shopping and looks typically take a half or full day each. Personal style is always a work in progress and it’s your choice as to how often you’d like to see your Visual Therapist.

3) Why do I need my looks lined up?
We believe in proactive approach to dressing. Clients love having optimal looks lined up for every category, this makes getting dressed easier and more enjoyable. When you look at your social calendar, there is a peace of mind in knowing you’re ready for any event that may come your way.

4) Do I have to do the whole process?
In our two decades of experience with clients, we have found that the best results are achieved by going through the entire process. We highly encourage and recommend that you complete all the steps. The end result is a complete, perfectly organized wardrobe filled with your optimal looks for every occasion.

5) Do I get to choose a stylist?
We will recommend a stylist for your initial consultation based on your needs and lifestyle. When you meet in person, you will decide if it’s a match. Lead stylists typically work with an assistant (included).

6) What other services do you offer?
We offer wardrobe management, fine jewelry shopping, gift shopping, iPad closet documentation and archiving, and closet design. All services can be customized according to your specific needs.
